- The resort was spacious and nice, and it was great that there was a separate bathroom. With four beds, the accommodation was ample.
- The room I originally booked was under maintenance, so they upgraded my room. The facilities were neat, the room was spacious, the TV was large, and it had a cinema concept with a soundbar, providing excellent sound quality. I had a great stay and would love to come back if I visit Gyeongju again!
- The room was spacious with several beds, and my teenage daughters and I had a great time. The bathroom was clean, and the water made my skin smooth after showering. The sauna was just right too. My daughters and the whole family really enjoyed it.
- First, I was assigned a different room than the one I booked on Agoda. When I showed the front desk the picture of the room I reserved… they said they would switch it for me, allowing me to stay in the room I wanted (Hanwha Resort is the best). However… it took time to clean it, so I had to wait for about 4 hours. My whole family sat in the lobby… I vowed never to use Agoda again. There’s a reason why they say “you get what you pay for.” It almost ruined my trip, but Hanwha Resort saved the day.
