- I traveled solo to celebrate my birthday, and YOTEL Singapore was the perfect choice. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to get around, yet it’s peaceful and quiet. The staff took great care of me even before my stay — they answered all my questions promptly and provided a booking confirmation number.
- Self check-in was extremely easy, but if you need any assistance, the front desk staff are always ready to help. They even surprised me with a lovely little birthday gift, which was such a thoughtful touch!
- The room was exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable and could be adjusted electronically, which made it even better. The room had everything I needed, including USB charging ports. Though the space is compact, it didn’t feel cramped at all — there was storage space under the bed for my luggage, a large window with a great view, and a full-length mirror which made getting dressed easy.
- The room was spotlessly clean, and most importantly for me, the bathroom was equipped with a bidet spray.
- I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance!
- Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean and the bed was incredibly soft. The staff were also very accommodating and even thoughtful enough to remember my birthday during our stay. The location is top notch! Near MRT station and near different malls, most especially ION mall.
- This place offers exceptional value with prime location that makes exploring easy and convenient. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Great value for money in an unbeatable location on Orchard Road. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast selection. Very clean and modern feel overall with a pool on L10.
- The room itself wasn’t very big but it was well equipped. It had all the amenities you could need,and Yotel found creative ways to store items around the room so that the space felt minimalistic.
- The condition of the room was immaculate;the smart bed was a highlight. It was extremely comfy with crisp linens.
- If we’re able to find a good deal for Yotel again,we’ll definitely return next time we’re in Singapore!
