- We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Novena, returning for a second stay after our first visit in May 2024. The value for money was rated 4/5, despite some initial sticker shock. Just keep in mind their signature line: “We are just an express hotel.” It became quite memorable during our stay!
