- Excellent & efficient Customer Focused Services provided by Osmund on the Reception; he was very knowledgeable and helpful in many ways from start to end.
- The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Little India, offering easy access to vibrant markets, cultural sites, and delicious local cuisine.
- Staff at Holiday Inn truly made my stay memorable; they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations and directions.
