- Living grand loft room is the best ….the size of the room feel like staying at a Penthouse, only 2 such room…book early as you can. Con- sofa is dirty with a smell…ask for housekeeping to clean the sofa but nothing being done…the Aircon is right below the bed, gosh….had to switch off the air con on the loft and able the Aircon on first floor to flow onto 2nd floor…but luckily is raining season so it’s cooling…
- Had 2 nights stay, the room was clean and spacious but no bidet spray in the toilets. The view from the room was nice at night. Located in a office building area with a small mall and an underground mrt station too.
- Back again after my last stay during CNY. Enjoyed the peace and quiet plus the fantastic view facing west coast, AYE. My only complaint having stayed here since 2017 is the access card sensor inside the lift. It has become ‘retarded’. Citadines should have it fixed.
- Stay was pleasant. Only con was it is far away from tourist attractions and being a vegetarian, lack of food options nearby. Also this apart hotel is inside corporate park and mall, food options available usually gets closed by 7 PM.
- location very strategic, above mrt station, supermarket, restaurant and food court but the food court closed every weekend. but the restaurants has many varieties of food.
