🍽️ Best Review Summary
• Location 9.0 • Service 8.8 • Cleanliness 8.7 • Value for money 8.6
- Highly recommended serviced apartment based on several factors: Location – very accessible and within walking distance from bus stations and Bencoolen MRT, taxi and pick-up stands right in front of the apartment, and has nearby convenience stores and food places (Food Dynasty).
- The facilities and room are clean and maintained every day. The room is very spacious with complete toiletries and kitchen essentials from dishwashing liquid to utensils to pots & pans to microwave oven and toaster.
- The staff are very accommodating in providing extra beds, early check-in, and late check-out. Special mention to Hisham for giving us information on where to buy SIM and train cards, as well as assistance in finding my lost credit cards. Special mention to May for her helpful directions to Bugis Market and recommendations for a Singaporean Chilli Crab restaurant (Jumbo Seafood), along with helping me retrieve my child’s item after we checked out.
- Great stay near Downtown MRT line, close to a major mall and nearby shopping belt. Halal food is available around.
- I have stayed here a few times; both the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments are spacious and very comfortable. Too bad we were not able to get adjoining 1-bedders this time.
- The price for 2 adults and 2 small children is reasonable (including breakfast), but the breakfast menu could be more varied.
- The hotel’s location is quite strategic, very close to the mosque and shopping centers.
- Travelled with family; the place was clean with the essentials we needed. It could use a bit of a refresh/modernization but is functional in its current state. Great location and staff too.
- Overall experience was up to par. Checking in was fast; location was good if you wish to go Bugis or Orchard Road.
- The room was clean, but they don’t provide individual body wash or hair wash/conditioner; instead, there are fixed refillable bottles in the toilet that cannot be removed.
- The kitchen area was quite small and not well equipped with basic equipment. Some utensils had only one piece, and pans were not washed properly.
- I faced issues with the induction cooker as it required pressing hard for temperature adjustments. If you intend to cook, especially frying, it’s best to bring your own kitchen towels and wipes. Be prepared for some mess while cooking; it can get sticky!
- Apart from that, overall experience is still acceptable, and I would definitely come back again.
