- The security entrance at the lobby lifts is very strict. You cannot use the access card from the outside; they utilize a facial recognition system for secure entry. At this stage, you need assistance from the property owner each time you enter the lift lobby.
- Free parking is stated but actually incurs a charge of RM 13.50 per day using TnG. Access can be challenging if you’re not a resident; you’ll need to wait for someone else to enter before you can follow them in, which can be somewhat cumbersome.
- Cleanliness could be improved; the fridge and floors were not well maintained. Dust and hair were visible in some areas, and there was hair present in the toilet drain as well.
- Conveniently located near Alamanda with essential amenities like a microwave, kettle, and fridge available in the apartment. It’s comfortable for small families.
