- The hotel itself looked very nice — clean, well-maintained, and with a pleasant atmosphere. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. However, an incident where a staff member entered the room unannounced raised serious concerns about guest privacy and security.
- Our stay at Lexis Port Dickson was truly memorable. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, making it the perfect getaway for my family. The rooms were comfortable, and we enjoyed the refreshing ocean breeze throughout our stay.
- One of the best hotels in PD, where you can get 2 big beds and spacious room. Shower was good, water pressure not too strong but not too slow; hot water is good but can be very hot.
- Check-in process was fast (around 10-15 mins) and our rooms were ready. We stayed in a spacious room for three with great amenities including a bidet in the toilet. Housekeeping provided daily service at no extra charge which kept the room clean and tidy.
- The hotel has a lot going for it — the pool was excellent and well-maintained, making it a great spot for families who want to relax by the water. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience with bed bugs in Water Chalet 173 that needs immediate attention.
