- The resort is located about 20–30 minutes from Kameoka Station, with a convenient free shuttle service provided to and from the station. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with snacks and tea. Complimentary flavored ice popsicles and ice cream were also available in the lobby refrigerator.
- This property exceeded expectations with its immaculate cleanliness and great views, making it a fantastic choice. The facilities were top-notch, including spacious rooms that added to the comfort. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, enhancing the overall experience.
- We did use a translation app to communicate with some staff but it was not a problem at all. I thought the property and our room with a view of the lovely garden and woods was beautiful and relaxing. They provide everything you could need in the room as far as toiletries.
- The private outdoor bath was super relaxing. Even though it was raining, we were still able to use the outdoor patio without getting rained on. It was super nice to have our own bath to ourselves.
- I think I can say confidently after just one night at this inn that I had never experienced true hospitality before. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, helping with absolutely everything from arrival until departure.
