Best Review Summary
[Detailed Review Scores]
• Cleanliness 9.5 • Service 9.5 • Value for money 9.4 • Facilities 9.2
  • I had a really relaxing stay at Gaia Cosmo Hotel. The pool, though small, is super tranquil and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The late afternoon sun provides just the right amount of shade to cool off. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, but do note there’s no minibar available.
  • The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. However, parking can be tricky; I ended up using valet since the basement was full. Room 757 offers a good amount of space, but it lacks a refrigerator and smart TV—something I expected from a 4-star hotel.
  • Gaia Cosmo exceeded our expectations! The price is affordable for what you get—a true 4-star experience with comfortable rooms. The staff’s hospitality was top-notch across the board. Breakfast offered a nice variety from Western to Indonesian dishes, which made mornings enjoyable.
  • The room was spacious with strong air conditioning and a comfy bed. While breakfast options were limited in seating, the food was still tasty. There’s an Indomart nearby for snacks and great local restaurants around the corner! Just keep in mind that the pool closes at 6 PM.
  • Strategic location with complete facilities. If you’re staying here, consider skipping breakfast as it could use some improvement. Also, there were times when staff seemed unavailable during busy periods.
