Mas Harry was very responsive with clear instructions for check-in/out. The room matched what was shown in pictures; it was clean with some signs of aging but still decent overall. They even provided small snacks and bottled water which was a nice touch! The sunset view while swimming was stunning! Initially nervous due to some negative reviews about security staff not being friendly, we were pleasantly surprised as they greeted us warmly every time. This location is perfect for shopping with amazing views! The facilities are complete with excellent amenities that cater to all your needs—definitely great value for money! If you’re traveling with family, this place is ideal as it has two beds making sleep comfortable along with cold AC, Netflix access, fast WiFi, hot water that works well—all while smelling fresh and clean! I only stayed one night for transit but had an awesome experience! The room smelled great and had all necessary amenities; my friends agreed it was superbly comfy! You can easily access the mall without needing to go anywhere else which adds convenience if you want to keep things simple.
