- Mr. Mulyadi at Check-in provided very fast service. The room at Luminor Hotel Jemursari is clean and comfortable, ideal for a restful stay after a long journey. The check-in process was quick, and the front desk staff were responsive in their explanations. Service from the staff was prompt when additional assistance was needed in the room. Breakfast was delicious with consistent flavors and timely service.
- The friendly staff helped carry our belongings during check-in. Although we initially thought we booked the cheapest room, the pizza ordered turned out to be quick and tasty. While the view from the room wasn’t remarkable, the buffet breakfast felt five-star quality despite being a lower-star hotel.
- I unexpectedly enjoyed a spacious top-floor room with a clear city view. The bed was soft and comfortable, cleanliness was satisfactory, and I received a complimentary minibar. Breakfast offered many delicious options that contributed to my positive experience.
- The executive deluxe room I booked was quite spacious with great amenities. It featured multiple pillows, a long sofa with small cushions, and an impressive breakfast selection that made me extend my stay by two days. Staff were friendly, and I appreciated receiving free minibar items; however, parking is valet only which may not suit everyone’s preferences.
- The most memorable hotel during my Jakarta-Banyuwangi trip! With affordable pricing, incredibly helpful staff who fulfilled all requests regarding the room, and delicious breakfast options available in wide variety; I highly recommend it to friends for future stays!
