Best Review Summary
[Detailed Review Scores]
• Location 9.3 • Cleanliness 9.0 • Room comfort and quality 8.9 • Service 8.9
  • The location is so strategic! It’s connected to the mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. While it might be a bit tricky to find at first, once you’re there, you’ll appreciate how comfortable the bed is and how delectable the breakfast can be.
  • Transportation is easy, with spacious rooms close to major attractions. Perfect for those looking to explore!
  • You can’t beat the great location surrounded by plenty of shopping and eateries. The staff—housekeeping, reception, service desk, concierge—are all incredibly efficient. Plus, the morning buffet is high quality and well-serviced; I highly recommend it!
  • It’s very clean! Located near a train station with lots of shopping and food options around. The staff are pleasant and accommodating too.
  • The hotel location is fantastic, right above the mall! We visited during a rainy day after a typhoon, which made it so convenient for us to shop indoors. The front desk staff were exceptionally nice; they upgraded our room and even offered us an umbrella when we headed out! They treated us warmly without any prejudice against our Mandarin speaking—it truly showcased the friendliness of Hong Kong! Since we only stayed for one night during our layover, we’ll definitely choose this place again next time we visit!
