[Detailed Review Score]

  • The room and facilities were nice and comfortable. The staff’s attention to detail was a delight. Highly recommended!
  • I arrived around noon, and my room was already ready for check-in. They even signed me up for free membership, which included breakfast the next morning! Luisa, who helped me, was lovely and explained everything clearly.
  • Breakfast was delicious! The location is super convenient—close to the station and just a 30-minute taxi ride to the airport. Plus, you can easily walk to places like Lan Kwai Fong.
  • The room was clean, and all the hotel staff were polite and welcoming. One downside? The bar on the first floor said “closed” before its closing time, which led to an awkward situation with expensive champagne we didn’t order.
  • The service at Mandarin Oriental is truly outstanding! I’ve been coming here for 30 years, and it still has that unique charm. Just a heads-up—the gym is under renovation right now.
  • We chose this hotel for a birthday celebration after hearing great reviews. They arranged a small cake for us at lunch in Mandarin Grill + Bar, where we enjoyed amazing food like beef wellington!
  • The reception staff were informative and polite but missed our special request initially due to busy holiday operations. However, they quickly made it right after we asked.
  • I had a fantastic two-night stay with my wife—hotel staff really top-notch!
