- The hotel room is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Although there were some hiccups with the reception staff’s professionalism, we found that once we spoke to another team member, our reservation was sorted out without any issues. The cleanliness of the rooms really stood out to us!
- The space is quite spacious! However, we did encounter a bit of a challenge with the bidet toilet machine. It was supposed to be a fancy Japanese model but didn’t work as expected. After talking to the manager about it, they acknowledged the issue. So just a heads up if you’re counting on that feature!
- The hotel offers good breakfast options and has friendly staff who are willing to help. It’s conveniently located within an 8-10 minute walk from a nearby train station which makes getting around pretty easy.
- While it’s not right in the heart of all major attractions, trams are easily accessible and can take you where you need to go. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful during our stay.
- Overall, it’s a good hotel with decent food and attentive staff; definitely worth considering for your next business trip or exhibition visit.
