I spent some nights at Hotel Palmenhof while visiting Frankfurt. The hotel is clean and has spacious rooms, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The neighborhood feels safe, which is a big plus for me. Plus, there’s a U-Bahn station nearby, making it easy to get around the city.
The hotel is conveniently close to the city center with plenty of public transportation options or even just walking if you’re up for it. The vintage decor in the giant rooms adds charm, and I loved having complimentary tea and coffee along with nice views from the balcony.
This budget hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for solo travelers! While the room might be older, it’s well-maintained and cozy—ideal for resting after a long day of sightseeing. Everything you need is provided!
The buffet breakfast at €16 was fantastic value! I would definitely return; it’s a nice classic hotel experience without being overly modern.
I recently checked out after three nights and four days in July. Having air conditioning was such a treat during my travels in Europe! On check-in, the staff were friendly and accommodating when I asked about using the microwave. However, I did encounter some confusion regarding additional fees upon checkout that left me feeling frustrated.It’s unfortunate because I really enjoyed my stay otherwise!
