Best Review Summary
[Detailed Review Score]
• Room comfort and quality 8.7 • Cleanliness 8.6 • Service 8.6 • Facilities 8.4
  • The hotel location, internal facilities, and services were all satisfactory. The breakfast was particularly good, with kind and attentive elderly staff. It’s a great base for visiting Füssen and just a 20-minute subway ride to Marienplatz. Plus, nearby spots like Rewe market make it easy to grab a quick beer!
  • Stunning views of the mountains and city center. However, the windows aren’t soundproof which can lead to some noise at night. The rooms feel a bit old-fashioned but the breakfast is nice with fresh omelets and pancakes.
  • Be cautious about unexpected charges during checkout. A miscommunication regarding the extra bed fee left us frustrated since we were told everything was prepaid. The staff wasn’t helpful in resolving this issue, which put a damper on our stay.
  • Clean and comfortable accommodations. Families will appreciate the convenience of connecting rooms for small kids. Overall, I would consider visiting again in the future due to these positives!
  • Wonderful stay thanks to helpful staff like receptionist Utami! Her quick responses made our experience even better. We would love to return when back in Munich!
