The Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport offers a fantastic experience with its modern, clean, and well-maintained facilities. Its unbeatable location inside The Squaire provides direct access to both the airport terminals and the long-distance train station, making travel incredibly convenient.
If you’re transiting through Frankfurt, this hotel is not just clean and quiet but also very close to the airport. Just keep in mind that it may take around 30 to 40 minutes to walk from the hotel to the boarding area at Terminal 2, though it’s a bit quicker for Terminal 1.
The hotel’s proximity to the airport allows easy access via train to downtown Frankfurt in just 20 minutes! Plus, they kindly extend check-out until 2 PM.
After a long journey, arriving at a spacious room with a huge comfy bed was such a relief! The location couldn’t be better for an airport stay—just follow the signs up two floors from arrivals for an easy ten-minute walk. It’s also conveniently near the train station.
The only minor downsides were that the shower is over a high bathtub and there weren’t many extras in the bathroom like you might expect at higher-end hotels. But overall, I would definitely choose this place again!
I chose this hotel because of my plans for long-distance travel after arriving in Frankfurt. It’s about a ten-minute walk from the airport with clear signage leading you right there. The room is compact yet very clean with comfortable bedding.
While amenities are limited, including no bottled water or USB ports available for charging devices, there are plenty of shops below—like supermarkets and cafes—so food options are never far away!
A quick note on checkout: even though multiple front desk counters were open when I left early in the morning, service was slow due to lines. So it’s wise to allow extra time if you’re catching an early flight!
