- The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the gates of the Sanctuary. The lobby is lively, and the reception was friendly. The beddings and pillows were nice and comfortable. The bathroom was quite old but very spacious.
- The hotel is like 3 minutes away from the Sanctuary. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with information or taxi bookings. Room size was pretty good, equipped with a Krups coffee machine, intercom, and safety box. However, housekeeping could improve as hair strands were still found in various places.
- Cleanliness was excellent, and we found the hotel very convenient for accessing the church and nearby attractions. Overall service was friendly and efficient.
- Clean and modern hotel with excellent breakfast. Location is perfect for pilgrims as it’s only 2 mins walk from Roissy to the Grotto. Very easy access from train station by taking L5 bus for just one Euro.
- Location is brilliant, so close to the grotto. Hotel is lovely and clean; however, beds are a little hard, and there are no English channels available despite being advertised in the room description card.
