- The hotel is good, will stay again anytime, though the price is a little higher.
- Hotel staff, everyone is good and friendly from the front desk, reception and the cleaners, wonderful people, Made my day even brighter.
- Didn’t dine in because wanna try food around DC, otherwise it is standard American breakfast.
- Internet in the room is good. I need it for meetings.
- Good window but no scenery view but really no issue for me, in fact better as no noise and peaceful.
- It is 20 minutes walk from Indian and Asian food, near China town. Value for money.
- It is 10 minutes walk to the Railway and subway (Union Station) the station people also helpful.
- It is about 10 minutes drive to Ronald Reagan Airport, left at 8:30 am for 10:30 am flight.
- Room is big and comfortable. Have small coffee machine (capsule) and a small fridge. USB charger and many plug points, working table.
- Wash room, all basic given, towel, shampoo etc. Big and nice.
- Room was clean and staff were super nice! The hotel lobby was under renovation the time I moved in but there was no noise disruption.
- I reached out to the hotel via email regarding the issue with my security deposit. However, my emails have gone unanswered, and it’s been frustrating trying to get clarity on why the charge hasn’t been reversed.
- Easy check-in and great staff! The breakfast was ok, but the rooms were very nice!
- When I booked the room it said that the breakfast was included but when I called to make sure they said that my room did not have the breakfast included.
