- Walking distance from all the Santana Row shops, restaurants and bars. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean and the staff was attentive.
- The location of this hotel is great. It’s right in the heart of Santana Row which seems to have something going on each night. It’s also close to a local large shopping mall with many different brands and eateries. The staff are friendly and helpful. Vbar, the lounge is also a bit of scene around the weekend.
- The rooms are just ok. The bed in my room had a noticeable indent on one side from previous guests. I didn’t notice it initially but switching sides solved that issue for me. While generally well maintained, it did not meet expectations for the price.
- If looking for nightlife or shopping proximity, I would stay here again. For a luxurious experience… maybe not.
- This hotel has great vibes, kind and accommodating staff, and an unbeatable location. Looking forward to my next visit!
- We had a wonderful time! Rooms were quiet; pool was perfect for our group (though drinks are expensive). We enjoyed walking to Burke Williams spa and dining options nearby while having fun shopping around the hotel.
- Amazing hotel with nice ambience in a neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.
