- The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with clean bedsheets. The hotel has a great location close to Times Square, yet it was surprisingly quiet.
- Be aware that the hotel charges a mandatory Facility Fee per night that covers wellness-focused amenities such as high-speed internet and 24/7 luggage storage. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this fee during check-in.
- The gentleman in the breakfast room was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. His service really stood out.
- Room for improvement:
- – Better communication regarding the mandatory facility fee upon check-in.
- – Dried blood stains were found on the toilet seat and coffee marks on the bedhead upon check-in.
- – The towels were quite thin and could use an upgrade.

- Booked with breakfast option. Great cooked-to-order breakfast, clean modern room with comfy bed. Internet OK but not great. We took Subway from JFK to Penn Station, hotel max 5 minutes walk from there.
- This is a good hotel worth the money. Everything in NYC is expensive, but I found this hotel to be good value compared to others around the same area. Clean and tidy with excellent staff.
- Room was well presented and felt new and fresh. The hotel adds a nice touch with exercise equipment in the room and a nice gym on floor 1.
- The staff are possibly the best thing about this hotel—amazing and super helpful!
- Location is great, right in the middle of heaps of cool places to visit. Walking distance to Times Square, Madison Square Garden, plus has a Subway entrance nearby.
- I would highly recommend this hotel.
- The location is very good close to subway station, making it convenient for me to take Amtrak Train to other cities.
- The room condition is good enough—clean—with some fitness equipment available so you can exercise before or after your daily itinerary.
- Just remember no slippers are provided in the room, so please bring your own when you plan your trip!
