- If you are going to Luzern, this hotel is beautiful! The views are stunning, and it’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Plus, the staff is super nice and very helpful—definitely a place I’d recommend.

While the hotel was clean, I did notice some areas could use a bit more attention, like vacuuming on certain days. There was also a minor issue with hot water during my shower one night that got sorted out quickly.
