Best Review Summary
[Detailed Review Score]

  • The best thing I did after coming to Amsterdam was booking the Andaz. The staff were incredibly friendly, even with the final airport shuttle reservation. The design sensibility, hotel room condition, and breakfast quality were all perfect. In particular, the hotel’s location was excellent and beautiful at different times of the day. It was convenient for shopping and walks nearby, and the cruise boarding location was right in front of the hotel, making it very easy and enjoyable.
  • The hotel team are very helpful and the rooms are very clean. The view is amazing and the location is close to all fantastic stores and restaurants.
  • We booked this hotel last minute for our first night of a trip abroad and are so happy we did. From the airport pickup to the spa, everything was frictionless with amazing service. The hotel also feels spotless and well-kept, plus the meditation garden is a nice feature.
  • I had two rooms; one of them was bigger than the other for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was what I really wanted—a quiet area not far from Dam—just a 10-minute walk. The only downside for me was the price.
  • We were here 5 years ago! Great location! Very clean with good staff!
