            - Next time when we visit the Netherlands, we will stay at Rotterdam Marriott again! The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and honestly, the hotel is a true value for money.
- The executive lounge was a highlight of our stay. Happy hours with amazing hors d’oeuvres and free-flowing drinks made it even better. Plus, the view of Rotterdam Centraal at sunset? Absolutely stunning!
- Breakfast at The Millèn was exceptional. With a great buffet and on-request dishes like Rotterdam Specials and American Pancakes, I can confidently say you shouldn’t miss out on those! Ahmad’s service during breakfast was top-notch; he really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
- Our room on Floor 11 offered a spacious layout with modern amenities. While there wasn’t a view of the Centraal station, the overall comfort made up for it. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping everything stocked according to our notes.
- Location-wise, you can’t beat it! Just a minute’s walk from Rotterdam Centraal, the area felt safe and inviting—definitely not sketchy like some other central train stations I’ve been to in different cities.
- The front office staff were gems! Nyam who checked us in was friendly and helpful, while Max assisted us during check-out with equal warmth. It’s those little touches that make your stay memorable.
- Free luggage storage was super convenient!
- Heads up about the security deposit: They hold $50 per day but release it quickly upon check-out if no expenses are incurred—very efficient compared to my past experiences elsewhere.
- The only downside? The bed might be too soft for some folks. It definitely sunk a bit without me lying down! But hey, they did provide two free bottles of water daily which was nice. Overall rating? An 8 for the room due to mattress issues but definitely a 10 for location!
- If you’re coming from Schiphol airport, it’s just a direct train ride to Rotterdam Central followed by an easy walk right to the hotel—so simple! And there’s plenty of dining options nearby too!
- The service stood out especially when we had an early flight; they delivered breakfast to our room despite limited choices since their kitchen wasn’t fully operational yet at that hour. Clean rooms and friendly staff made this place highly recommended in my book!
