The best thing I did after coming to Amsterdam was booking the Andaz. The staff were incredibly friendly, even helping with the final airport shuttle reservation. The design sensibility, hotel room condition, and breakfast quality were all perfect. In particular, the hotel’s location was excellent and beautiful at different times of the day. It was convenient for shopping and walks nearby, and the cruise boarding location was right in front of the hotel, making it very easy and enjoyable. The hotel team is very helpful and the rooms are very clean. The views are amazing, and it’s close to all the wonderful stores and restaurants! We booked this hotel last minute for our first night of a trip abroad, and we couldn’t be happier! From airport pickup to spa services, everything went smoothly with amazing service. The hotel feels spotless and well-kept, plus the meditation garden is such a lovely feature! I had two rooms; one was bigger than the other for my kids. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was exactly what I wanted—quiet yet only a 10-minute walk from Dam Square! My only complaint would be about the price. We were here 5 years ago! Great location! Very clean with good staff!
