The food is delicious, with a variety of well-prepared dishes. One of the highlights is the optional boat cruise along the Mekong River, adding to the charm of your stay.

The colonial-style rooms are incredibly comfortable; we barely left ours except to eat! The staff took wonderful care of us too — can’t wait to return!

However, the staff was incredibly attentive and resolved our concerns swiftly, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Although it’s slightly removed from the city center, this provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle.

- We enjoyed a 90-minute Herbal Ball massage where my wife had an excellent treatment while mine was not up to par. I voiced my concerns to Khun Pookie, the spa manager who was very attentive and sincere in addressing my issue. Overall satisfaction was achieved as they made amends before we left. Plus, they provide free shuttle service between Sofitel Hotel and their sister property downtown!
