The Grand Inna Tunjungan Hotel’s location is unbeatable! Right across from Tunjungan Plaza, it’s super convenient for shopping and exploring the area.
The lobby has a lovely lemongrass scent that instantly makes you feel relaxed. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile!
Rooms are clean but could use some updates. Just a heads up – if you’re sensitive to noise, avoid rooms facing Tunjungan Street as traffic can be quite loud.
Breakfast offerings are decent, but during peak season, it can get crowded, so plan accordingly!
While the pool is nice for a quick dip, the gym is on the smaller side. But hey, who needs a huge gym when you’re out exploring?
