- The room is quite spacious, clean, with complete facilities, and strategically located in the city center. The price is still reasonable… I will stay here again if I have to travel to Makassar.
- Love the location as its walking distance to the mall. Staff was attentive. Just the cleanliness was a little off. Wish there was a swimming pool but its ok. Just can be noisy with all the events going on.
- Overall everything is good, but some rooms need maintenance, starting with the doors and toilets. The location is strategic because there is a direct connection to Panakukang Square and Mall Panakukang. The staff is very friendly, especially the security.
- Great location with direct access to the mall, delicious food, the room service is the best, everyone from security to staff is friendly, always happy to stay here.
- This is my third time staying at this hotel, it’s definitely the best! Please maintain the hospitality and service that are already great. Keep up the friendliness of the security, front office, and everyone.
