The staff here were AMAZING. They were fabulous, nice, professional, and hardworking. However, the maintenance of facilities was disappointing for the price.
The highlight was the room. It was beautiful, modern, clean, luxurious with a super comfy bed and a cool bathroom layout. This was one of the top three rooms during my trip.
The pool had many displaced tiles, making it feel unsafe to swim. I took a video due to how many tiles were lifted on the pool floor.
The kids club was unstaffed and lackluster. My daughter found nothing to do there and left disappointed.
The gym’s equipment was broken, and there were hardly any machines available for use which affected my workout experience negatively.
Breakfast offerings were underwhelming, with below-average food quality compared to other hotels in Canggu. The fruit options were limited as well.
I had to pay extra for an upgrade to get a double bed instead of simply changing my bed type within the same category upon arrival, which has never happened before in my travels to Bali.
This hotel offers spacious rooms with premium design and attentive service. They provide bags and mats for beach trips along with various daily activities. It’s just 5 minutes from the beach!
A special shoutout goes to Satcha, who creatively arranged our towels into animal shapes every day—this personal touch made our stay memorable!
Endless restaurants are nearby, allowing us easy access to meals without walking more than two minutes from the hotel; plus it’s close to shops and just five minutes from the beach!
Our room had a great view of the sea from the sixth floor, although we encountered noise from an event at KITSUNE next door on Friday night that lasted until 2 AM.
Communication about potential noise issues would have been appreciated; prior notifications can enhance guest experiences significantly.

Airport pickup went smoothly, and I did not face any noise issues during my stay despite visiting nearby events; overall great value for money given its excellent location!
