- Excellent location, clean room, bed is comfortable. Despite central location, there was no noise.
- Very poor wifi connection in the room. Considering it has a conference center, I expected better WiFi connection – but it was very slow and at times non-existent.
- Shower only provides hot water for first person; had to wait an hour for lukewarm water.
- The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. The design is simple yet elegant, with a peaceful atmosphere.
- Strategically located near Malioboro Street and Tugu Yogyakarta train station.
- Food is delicious with strong wifi and daily cleaning of rooms.
- I suggest providing a smoking room as the lobby’s smoking area can be disturbing.
- Relatively new hotel with spacious rooms, large windows offering good natural light and friendly staff.
- The breakfast menu is relatively good although not exceptional.
- Amazing mountain scenery from the room; very grateful to the friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable!
