A little flexibility and attentiveness could really enhance customer experience! I had a pleasant stay at Travancore Court in Kochi. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, plus it has a great location! The courteous staff made check-in smooth and quick, which I truly appreciated. This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. Highlights include: Exceptional cleanliness: Housekeeping did an amazing job daily. Attentive service: Front desk staff resolved issues promptly. Great amenities: The fitness center and pool area were well-maintained. Central location: Perfect for exploring the city! The rooms were good overall, though I noticed some areas like carpets outside the lift could use more cleaning. Also, complimentary breakfast wasn’t included this time around—last visit it was! Still, excellent restaurant options are available nearby. I had an excellent stay here; everything from cleanliness to friendly staff was top-notch!
