I stayed at The Langham Hong Kong from June 13-16, 2025. While the location is fantastic, right in the heart of a luxury shopping area, I had some trouble with my luggage since there are no elevators to the lobby. If you’re arriving by bus or MRT, be prepared to drag your suitcase up some stairs. Overall, I’d rate my experience an 8 out of 10 due to this inconvenience and limited breakfast options.
This was my first stay at The Langham and I’d definitely return! It’s conveniently located near TST and only a short walk to the Star Ferry. The staff were excellent across the board – especially Mandy at reception. One small note: it would be great if there were more restaurants in-house, but there are plenty nearby.
My daughter received a lovely birthday surprise from the hotel staff, including a stuffed toy and cake! They even upgraded us to a city view room. Everything was clean and well-kept, making our stay truly enjoyable as everything we needed was close by – shops, food, subway!
The check-in and check-out process was smooth thanks to professional staff. Our room was luxurious and spacious; we really enjoyed our time at The Langham!
I keep coming back because of the amazing service here! A special shoutout to Jonathan, Ms. Ying, Rafael, and Eloisa who made our stay so memorable with their hospitality.
