The hotel is clean and offers a spacious room by Hong Kong standards, but some areas show signs of aging. WiFi issues were noted, and the location requires a bit of walking from the MTR TST station.
The concierge staff, particularly Zafar, Katie, and Catherine, provided outstanding service. They made guests feel special and cared for throughout their stay.
Guests enjoyed complimentary water and appreciated that there were no security deposits required. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to choose from!
A taxi ride from Kowloon Station to the hotel was around 60HKD. Check-in was smooth with friendly staff who offered warm hospitality.
The stunning sea view from the room was a highlight, along with welcome fruits and wine that added a nice touch. The 17th-floor lounge provided a chic atmosphere for relaxation.
This hotel has charm due to its history without feeling outdated. A birthday surprise cake truly made the experience memorable! It’s definitely worth considering for your next trip to Hong Kong!
