The front desk staff were exceptionally nice; they upgraded our room and even offered us an umbrella when we headed out! They treated us warmly without any prejudice against our Mandarin speaking—it truly showcased the friendliness of Hong Kong! Since we only stayed for one night during our layover, we’ll definitely choose this place again next time we visit!
