- Close to public transport links and main hospital. This makes it convenient for anyone needing easy access around Hannover.
- While I can’t fully recommend this hotel, there are some positives to consider.
- I paid extra for a room upgrade with A/C due to the heat, but honestly, the A/C in the second room was underwhelming. The night was sweltering, and we ended up opening the windows which brought in a lot of street noise. Not ideal!
- The house phone in room 402 didn’t work, so I had to use my mobile to reach the front desk—definitely not what you want when you’re trying to relax.
- The fridge in room 301 also didn’t work, which was disappointing.
- I reported these issues at the front desk, but it felt like they weren’t addressed effectively.
- The hot tub/wellness area seemed closed or malfunctioning during my stay. Also, the pool table looked quite worn out.
- On a brighter note, breakfast was fantastic! It’s definitely one of the highlights of staying here.
- The rooms were clean and spacious with big comfy beds. Plus, there’s a subway restaurant right next door and free outdoor parking available!
