The location seems good but not really. You have to cross a bridge to get to the station, but the bus is a bit closer. It’s nice to have a supermarket nearby, but staying near the central station might be better since transportation costs are high. The breakfast was okay. The room is small, and there’s no complimentary bottled water. The structure of the shower booth makes you wonder why it was built that way.
Location is very good near Sbahn. Few stops to Mariensplatz and Hbf, with one direct Sbahn line from the airport. Room size is very good. Has a clean and decent-sized gym. Check-in and check-out are very fast. Only downside is that the shower area only has 1/2 glass so water splashes out a lot when you even carefully shower. Overall recommended hotel; we stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed it.
The hotel is easy to reach by tram and train. The staff are very helpful and friendly, attending with full smiles. The rooms are clean and complete with basic amenities. Breakfast spread is better than some other hotels that I have been to. I will stay here again next time and fully recommend this hotel too.
The room and bathroom are clean. The room isn’t too small, although you can’t spread out three pieces of luggage. However, the blanket is thin and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable; it felt like I was touching the springs. The laundry room is on the fourth floor, but the washer and dryer weren’t clean. Still, the other bed was comfortable.
I got given a disabled room, and the spotlight came on every morning at 5 am and 6 am for no reason. I complained to front desk but it continued. My booking was done online with payment in full in advance including breakfast; however, I was told that breakfast wasn’t included and had to argue about it until they agreed after I provided proof. Afterward, my room wasn’t on the list for breakfast as well; after another complaint they added it eventually. The staff are not friendly at all. Did not enjoy my stay.
