- Clean, warm, and there is an infrared lamp in the bathroom, means extra warmth which is special for any accommodation. If you are going to check in after 22, you need to call from the door or message more than 2 days before.
- The Lady in charge of the breakfast room was a delight and very eager with coffee refills; likewise both Ladies on reception were warm, helpful, and super-competent.
- The hotel meets basic needs and there are a few parts of the hotel that are old or not working but generally reasonable and if you are not picky, it is perfectly fine.
- The location is great being only 800m from the HBF and bus station. However, this is near the red light district, which can get scary at night.
- The staff here is AMAZING! They really make your stay different and happy.
- Memphis sits 250m away from Hauptbanhof, nicely between the Zeil/Old town and the station. It’s in a relatively clean area with plenty of Middle East food options.
- The room is rather basic but big and clean. There is no in-room boiler or microwave but these can be “borrowed” from the breakfast kitchen.
- It is very clean in the room although the facilities are not the latest. It has a good location and connection to the main train station.
