Good value for money, staff was friendly, room was clean and smart, bed was okay for one night sleep, I liked the coffee machine but would have liked a kettle. Overall very happy. The location is undoubtedly one of its strongest points, nestled in the heart of the city and just a stone’s throw away from the picturesque river. Its proximity to various attractions is so convenient that I found no need to utilize public transportation – a definite plus for any traveler looking to explore on foot. The staff were amicable and attentive, contributing to an overall pleasant atmosphere. A special commendation goes to the cleaning service, which was meticulous and efficient, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay. However, it’s worth noting that the hotel’s facilities have seen better days. My room needed updating and renovation to meet contemporary standards of comfort and aesthetics. The gym is quite small and may not meet expectations for guests seeking a comprehensive workout experience. I was particularly disappointed with the pool area. Its aged appearance deterred me from enjoying a swim, which was one of the features I looked forward to utilizing. Perfect location, everything is within 1 km radius. No room cleaning during our 4 nights stay though. Everything was great, we didn’t book breakfast so I can’t comment on it, but the room was clean and tidy; nothing went wrong. The only thing I can say is that housekeeping didn’t arrive during our stay to change our towels or clean the room. Location nicely tucked in a lane not facing the main road, impeccable cleanliness in room, overall facilities in good order. Didn’t have time to swim as I only stayed a night! Receptionists were overall very accommodating in providing assistance. Air conditioning works well, bed is comfy; my only dissatisfaction would be that the pillow was too soft.
