- Excellent customer service by everyone the moment we arrived. Due to unforeseen airline issues, we informed them of our late arrival. Unfortunately, they were overbooked and our room was given away. Fortunately, they arranged accommodation at another hotel for that night, allowing us to get a good night’s sleep. The next day, Roberto Pan, the manager, upgraded our room and provided free breakfast. We are extremely satisfied customers and will surely return and recommend this hotel.
- The hotel is close to Munich Central Station, with clean facilities that offer great value for the price. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke Korean fluently. However, the room size was quite small. Despite its narrowness, the cleanliness compensated for it. I recommend it to travelers.
- Located just about 15 minutes from the train station and 25-30 minutes to the main street in Munich, the hotel provides a kettle and tea bags in the room—an amenity I couldn’t find in other hotels I’ve stayed at. The kettle was convenient for enjoying instant noodles in the room. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of dishes available at an affordable price.
- The hotel is within walking distance to the train station, city center, and tours. It had all basic essentials and was clean. A nice buffet breakfast was included with our room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Additionally, there was a locked room available to store luggage after checkout so we could enjoy the city before catching our next train.
- I loved this hotel due to its great location and excellent price point. They even have a gym with a sauna! The reception staff were very kind, and breakfast was amazing. I would definitely come again.
