- Room with carpet, not so easy to keep clean…
- Good value for the price, it’s clean and close to everything I needed. Free Parking was hard to find though.
- My recent stay at ACHAT Plaza Frankfurt/Offenbach was a delightful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. ACHAT Plaza provided a fantastic experience with its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful surroundings. I would gladly return for another stay!
- Weirdly located and disjointed property. Seems like 2 or 3 standalone buildings have been converted to call this establishment a hotel. Staff at reception was the worst – rude, unprofessional and border-line racist. Would not recommend at all.
- Check in was bit stressful as initially offered a room without a safety deposit box, however, I was later offered a room with the safety deposit box.
- Clean rooms with a mini fridge and nice toilets
- Excellent location, 1 minute walk to Rewe grocery store which has everything at local prices, and good transport links to Frankfurt main station; 108 bus to Offenbach and thereafter Train to Frankfurt.
- Good buffet breakfast
- 24 hour helpful reception staff
- Had a steam room and tiny gym
- No kettle or tea/coffee sachets in room; however, the receptionist offered me a kettle and bought the 3 in 1 cafe sachets from nearby Rewe store.
- No iron or ironing table in hotel room; however, I borrowed an iron from receptionist for few hours.
- No shampoo or soaps; just a bottle of bodywash. Again not an issue as nearby Rewe store has everything.
