- I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Strasbourg. The hotel is very comfortable, well located, and offers all the amenities you would expect from a Hilton. What truly made my experience exceptional was Carmen at the front desk. She is always friendly and genuinely caring, which made our stay even more enjoyable!
- The facilities are nice and clean! However, I did encounter an issue with double charges during check-in. It’s crucial to keep an eye on your bank statements as mistakes can happen. Thankfully, they resolved it eventually, but it took longer than expected for refunds.
- Excellent location if you are attending an event in the Convention Center! If not, it’s still a peaceful spot to enjoy the city and within walking distance of many Strasbourg attractions.
- This place is perfect for conferences! Just a heads-up though — I rated it 4 stars because the sauna was out of order and the gym is pretty small. But other than that, everything was great!
- The room was spacious! Breakfast could get busy with not enough tables available, but overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
