The hotel is perfectly located on a quiet street, just minutes from the metro. The rooms are clean, tidy, and smell great. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. There’s even a spa center with a pool long enough for laps—would definitely stay again!
I couldn’t choose a larger room, but everything else was fantastic. It’s super close to the metro (Commerce) and shopping areas. The room was spotless, plus it has that rare amenity in Paris—a nice-sized swimming pool and a great fitness room.
Location is perfect for exploring Paris! Just a 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower through lovely streets filled with restaurants and shops. The staff made our Christmas unforgettable—extremely professional yet friendly! Plus, there’s this charming young man who visits your room each night with delicious chocolates; he really made our stay special.
I had an amazing day at this hotel with my six-year-old daughter! They upgraded our room upon arrival—such a nice touch! The staff were friendly but not intrusive. We loved having the pool to ourselves most times—it’s just two minutes from the station too!
