- Centrally located, just a 15-minute walk to the train station and only 5 minutes to the Church. Plus, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby! The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast spread was delightful. Overall, it made for a stress-free and relaxing holiday.
- The staff were really kind, which always makes a difference. I did have a little hiccup with a room key malfunction, but they quickly provided a replacement room. We even had access to the conference room—though it could use some updates since the equipment felt pretty old. Still, hot water wasn’t an issue for me. I’d say it’s worth staying here!
- I left Hotel Panorama Lourdes with mixed feelings. The location is definitely its strong suit; it’s close to Lourdes Grotto and not far from the city center. The staff were courteous too, which added to my positive experience.
- However, I expected more from a 4-star hotel in terms of facilities. The amenities felt quite basic compared to what you usually find at higher-end places. While my room was clean, it could really benefit from some modernization for better comfort.
- The prime location is truly what stands out here, but if you’re after luxury amenities, you might find this place lacking.
- It’s very close to the Grotto with average food options available nearby. But on the bright side, the lobby staff were super nice—always friendly and patient in explaining things!
- The hotel’s cleanliness was top-notch! The staff at the front desk were knowledgeable and incredibly nice—shoutout to Daria and her team! Also, don’t miss dining at Restaurant NewOrleans; they serve amazing paella and homemade pastries!
- Lourdes itself is such an incredible place for pilgrimage enthusiasts!
