- Great hotel, very comfortable and easy to enjoy. Just a heads up, the coffee at breakfast could use some improvement, but hey, you can’t have it all!
- Perfect location with exceptional scenery and accommodating staff. We felt so welcomed! They even offered complimentary early check-in and sweet treats for my partner’s birthday. The interior design was a hit! Plus, it’s just a short walk from famous landmarks and delicious dining spots.
- If you’re looking to escape the bustling Grand Place area, this hotel is a lovely choice. It’s only a 15-minute walk or an easy metro ride away. The buffet breakfast has a good selection, and the rooms are quiet and spacious.
- Location was perfect with friendly staff in a clean and comfortable environment.
- While not right in the town center, it’s nicely located near high-end fashion stores. Service can be hit or miss as is common in Europe; however, the staff genuinely try their best. There were some hiccups like door lock issues and limited concierge service, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience at all! I’d stay here again.
