Best Review Summary
[Detailed Review Score]
• Cleanliness 9.2 • Location 9.2 • Room comfort and quality 9.1 • Service 9.0
  • Great hotel, very comfortable and easy to enjoy. Just a heads up though, the coffee at breakfast was pretty terrible. But hey, you can’t have everything!
  • Perfect location with exceptional scenery and accommodating staff. We felt so welcomed! They even offered us complimentary early check-in and had some treats for my partner’s birthday. The interior design was a hit too! Plus, it’s just a short walk from famous landmarks and delicious food spots.
  • If you’re looking to avoid the bustling Grand Place area, this hotel is a great choice. It’s about a 15-minute walk or a quick metro ride away. The buffet breakfast has a good selection, and the rooms are quiet and spacious!
  • Location was perfect, with friendly staff and very clean accommodations. It’s definitely comfortable!
  • While it’s not in the heart of town, it’s conveniently located next to high-end fashion stores. Service can be hit or miss as usual in Europe—no concierge here—but the staff really try their best. Just keep in mind that if you need assistance like packing help or if there are issues like door locks, it might take some time.
