- Everything about this hotel is just amazing. The location, food, staff, and cleanliness are all absolute delights! Seriously, if I could give it 10 stars out of 5, I would!
- The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the old city. Our superior guest room was spacious with one of the largest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. The staff were incredibly positive and helpful. Just a little note—it’s a pity that the restaurant only serves breakfast right now; it has such a nice view that I really hope they start offering dinner soon!
- While there were some hiccups during our stay—like issues with clogged drains and an unreliable Nespresso machine—the staff did their best to address everything. The location is fabulous though, and you can’t go wrong with their breakfast buffet! It includes scrambled eggs, bacon, various breads, and even yogurt. Honestly, it covers about 80% of what you’d want for breakfast!
- The room was clean and spacious with strong heating. Plus, the breakfast restaurant was beautiful and delicious! We had a great time overall. Just a small incident at breakfast where we felt overlooked by one waiter—but another waitress quickly made it right by bringing us milk after we mentioned it.
- The location was excellent with friendly staff who kept our room clean and well-maintained. However, being an older building meant soundproofing wasn’t great; we could hear noises from above and the hallway pretty clearly. But hey, the delicious breakfast made up for any noise issues! Overall, a satisfying stay.
