[Detailed Review Scores]
• Location 9.6 • Cleanliness 8.9 • Service 8.8 • Value for money 8.2
  • Everything about this hotel is just amazing! The location, food, staff, infrastructure, and cleanliness all contribute to an absolute delight of an experience. Seriously, it’s a 10 stars out of 5 situation!
  • The location is perfect—right in the center of the old city! Our superior guest room was spacious with one of the largest bathrooms I’ve ever encountered. The entire staff was positive and helpful. Just a heads up though, the restaurant is only open for breakfast; I really hope they expand to dinner soon because the view is lovely.
  • While there were some maintenance issues like clogged drains and an unreliable Nespresso machine, the staff did their best with what they had. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh vegetables, and a variety of breads and juices—pretty much everything you could want!
  • The room was clean and spacious with strong heating; plus, the breakfast restaurant was beautiful! However, we did have a little hiccup when a waiter forgot our milk at breakfast. Thankfully another waitress quickly made it right.
  • The location was excellent and the friendliness of the staff truly stood out. Although soundproofing wasn’t great due to being in an older building (you could hear noises from above), overall it was still a satisfying stay with delicious breakfast options.
