Best Review Summary
[Detailed Review Score]
• Room comfort and quality 9.9 • Cleanliness 9.7 • Facilities 9.3 • Service 9.3
  • The Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna Hotel is housed in a beautifully refurbished historical building, just a short 3-minute walk from Metro Line 4. This line conveniently connects you to the airport train stop within two stops, making travel easy and efficient.
  • While the check-in process had some hiccups with locating bookings, the room itself was clean and well-prepared. However, I did find the basin a bit small for personal toiletries, which was slightly disappointing.
  • The Nespresso machine in the room is a nice touch but required descaling by my second evening, which hindered my coffee experience.
  • The breakfast experience could use improvement; I encountered an unfriendly staff member frying eggs, prompting us to seek breakfast at a nearby café instead.
  • Despite its elegance and historic charm, service aspects like room service were lacking—especially when we requested new towels that never arrived.
  • I would definitely return to Vienna and stay at this hotel again because of its lovely atmosphere and renovations!
