- We had a genuinely wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Orchard Singapore. The front office staff was exceptionally warm, offering breakfast while we waited for our room. These small gestures truly make a stay memorable.
- The hotel staff showed great care when they arranged a more accessible room for my mum after noticing her wheelchair. Our own room was clean and comfortable, ideal for Singapore’s weather, and the location is fantastic—just minutes from Orchard Road.
- The hotel is in a great location with an enjoyable vibe; however, considering the price, some areas need improvement. The breakfast buffet could use more variety, especially since I felt misled about the “kids eat free” policy.
- Despite some issues, the staff were good and maintained cleanliness throughout our stay.
